483) Six full weeks and not sure there's a ton to show for it, but maybe that is something to show. 30 perfect days and probably 29 days riding bikes to and or from school with the three-year-old.
484) Sore all the time from exercise. No more miles going on the big truck since I ride my bike everywhere (unless I'm going mountain biking). Bank account full and months of runway.

487) Or, just sit in your car trying to make an impossible left turn for a while while a line of people in cars grows behind you. The 8-year old commenting on what might be happening with the driver: "maybe they died in their car."
