A list of items having value to me, stolen, burglarized, or robbed from me on April 24, 2010

First, a listing of items taken from me and not returned/reimbursed:

1) Northface apex jacket, approximate value $110 new
2) Camera memory card, $25
3) Images therein, not replaceable
4) $27 bar tab (including tip amount as determined by bar) - I estimate one drink consumed, 2 at maximum.
5) additional $50 charged by bar, not explained
6) Abrasions/contusions on face, hip, elbow, wrist, knee. Missing patch of right eyebrow.
7) Ambulance ride to hospital
8) Friday night hospital stay with catheter inserted into dick hole. Four limbs handcuffed to bed. 2:00 am until 8:00 am
9) Saturday and Sunday spent in Pre-arraignment detention facility. Total 33 hours. (39 hours in police custody)
10) $45 fees for posting of bond.
11) Potential interest charges on $5k bond posted 4/25/10 - 5/25/10 at minimum
12) $15 cash confiscated by PADF
13) Protective order to a) stay in jurisdiction of court and b) refrain from use of alcohol/drugs c) not to harrass complainant
14) Missed work assignments: Stanley Cup Playoffs, game 6 (minimum $200 in profits in the next calendar year), Sunday baseball game (likely $150 in profits in the next calendar year)
15) Mandatory court appearance Friday, May 7 - arrived 1:15 for 1:30 appearance. Judge arrived at 1:55 pm. Total time spent driving to/from appearance and sitting in court: 2 hours.
16) Mandatory court appearance on Tuesday, May 25.

Second, to compare, the inconvenience realized by complainant J. Daddaw :

1) 10 seconds discussing her jacket with me.
2) The act of signing her name to police complaint form.
